TradeWind Services LLC is recruiting for a Cost Estimator for our Richland, WA client supporting work at the Ground Water Waste Sites generating high quality detailed estimates and providing detailed backup documentation.
Develop estimates that will be utilized to make proposal submittals per FAR 15/408/Table 15.2 to the DCAA, Richland Branch and CHPRC Contracting Officer.
Participate in and lead the development of assigned estimates, and the conduct of estimate reviews.
Provide factual, verifiable supporting documentation for estimated work. Work with other estimating professionals to review and summarize estimate review findings.
Provide feedback on the appropriateness of the estimated approach to work, based on past experience.
Support the Project Control Lead / Subject Matter Expert, estimate review team to assimilate in to a successful Request for Equitable / Proposal submittal effort.
Requirements
Cost estimating experience
Ongoing expertise and experience in generating high quality detailed estimated with adequate backup documentation
Proficient with desktop software and utilizing Microsoft Suite (Excel)
Ability to utilize sites intranet share areas to find and transfer data.
Engineering or other formal degree in the application of estimating, planning, and performance of remediation projects within a Department of Energy complex.
