Treasury Manager / Assistant Treasurer | ACT

Reporting to the Group Treasurer, the Treasury Manager / Assistant Treasurer’s specific responsibilities will (not exhaustively) be:

Assisting the Group Treasurer in all banking relationships and supporting the team in all aspects of Treasury Managing and developing the Group’s international cash forecasts and currency exposures Managing the Interest Rate hedging policy, ensuring hedge effectiveness via IAS 39 Developing Treasury Policy and Board Reporting Ensuring the delivery of compliance data to the banks and keeping appraised on corporate performance Assisting with the effective monitoring and implementation of Group wide insurance program Managing the Treasury interest in the company corporate model Negotiating and refining ISDA, guarantee and other facility documentation where appropriate Personal Attributes Educated to degree level and a qualified ACT member Numerate and logical in approach Personable, articulate and able to influence thinking Good team player able to show flexibility A proven track record with evidence of development in an active multi-national corporate treasury environment Knowledge of capital markets and debt financing , risk management, and currency hedging Knowledge of IAS 39 Familiarity and confidence with interpretation of complex corporate models Clear ability to progress to Group Treasurer Experience in Insurance and of IT2 is desirable but not essential About Misys plc
