Even In This Bad Economy Would Being A Truck Driver Be A Good Idea Overall?
I am currently working as a shipping & receiving clerk that pays well but it’s through a staffing firm for a good company. I intend on keeping my job regardless unless of course I find that going to truck driving school would be more beneficial for me. I already know what company I’d want to work for but I just wanted to ask some people on here who may or may not have driven semi’s if right now would be an ideal time for this career switch. I know I’m the only one who can truly answer that but I would like some insight into how the trucking business maybe doing right now. Thanks!
